Featured Photographer: YEONG JA JUNG

YEONG JA JUNG. Here's a photographer you'd be dying to meet. She's been on the art scene since 1978. Her passion for the camera has been with her since junior high and has received formal education in Photography at Chabot College in the Bay Area. Her instructor at that time, Arthur Ollman (MoPA San Diego Director), immediately recognised her capabilities and potential. In her lifetime, Yeong Ja has completed various projects such as the Plant Series (1978-1990), Mirror Series (1980-1981), Exposure on the Seeds (1996), String Series (1997, unreleased), Woman and Nature (1991-2001), Landscape (2003-2005, unreleased), A View on our Society (2003-2005, unreleased), Neighborhood Landscape (2003-present, unreleased), Exposures on Patterns (2003-present, unreleased) and Trail Blazing (2006-present, unreleased).

Listed below are excerpts of her exquisite works from the series, "A View on our Society."
